Le quartier est bien situé, à deux minutes à pied d'une épicerie. Une magnifique piste cyclable qui longe la rivière Saguenay se situe juste l'autre côté de la rue. Vous pourrez y pratiquer la course à pied et le vélo, ou simplement aller faire une marche afin de vous rendre au vieux port de Chicoutimi et même aller jusqu'à la petite maison blanche!
